Kandinsky Typography
Typography inspired by the painting "Composition No.8" by Kandinsky, (1923).
The rythm is set by an alternation
of line segments and circular arcs. Some voluntary outracing lines dynamize and bring an "in construction" appearance, reference to Kandinsky’s
rigorous process.

Le rythme est créé par une alternance de droites et arcs de cercle.
Des lignes dépassantes dynamisent
et apportent un style "en construction" à la typographie, référence à la rigueur et la géométrie des recherches effectuées par Kandinsky.

Journal rétrospectif
sur Henryk Tomaszewski
Henryk Tomaszewski est un affichiste polonais, mondialement reconnu.
Ce projet est la création d'un journal retraçant sa carrière, à l'occasion
de sa rétrospective à Paris.
L'aspect épuré de son travail est appliqué à la mise en page du journal.
Le rouge vif appliqué à certains détails est une référence à l'art polonais.
Un logo et deux polices sont créées pour
la communication visuelle de l'événement, exprimant les deux techniques privilégiées de l'artiste : le papier découpé et les traces de pinceau.

Retrospective newspaper
for Henryk Tomaszewski
Henryk Tomaszewski is a Polish poster designer, known worlwide.
This project is the creation of a newspaper recounting his career, on the occasion of his retrospective in Paris.
The uncluttered appearance of his work
is applied to the layout. The bright red presence on some details
is a reference to the Polish art.
A logo and two fonts are created
for the visual communication of the event, showing the two very distinctive Tomaszewski’s techniques :
paper cut and rough writing brush.
